This place 5real lives up to its talk. Seriously some of the BEST beach bar food that I have ever had. My mom used to live in Clearwater when she was younger, and recommended that while I was in Tampa I check it out. Frenchy’s Original Cafe opened in 1981, and has since expanded to 5 locations in Clearwater. The Rockaway Grill is subjectively the best since they offer incredible sunset views and daily live music. Nothing beats sunsets on the west coast of Florida, and this picture doesn’t even do justice. Their large menu offers more than generous portions of food (‘Merica) and very reasonable prices. They are known for their Famous Grouper Sandwich, which really lives up to the positive WOM that it receives. Next time your in the area be sure to grab a drink and catch the sunset here.
